How to upload tabs?

OK ... I don't see where I can upload tabs (monospace text format).  

Attached is what I wished to send:  the instrumental intro to Gillian Welch's song 'Acony Bell'.

To upload tabs, Here i share my steps which i follow.

Open a website that hosts guitar tabs, such as Ultimate Guitar or Songsterr.

Search for the song you want to upload the tabs for.

Click on the "Submit Tab" or "Submit Version" button on the website.

Fill out the form with the relevant information, such as the song title, artist name, and the tab itself.

Check the formatting of the tab to make sure it is clear and easy to read.

Submit the tab and wait for it to be reviewed and approved by the website moderators.
